How can I reset my CDOM?

CDOM is Cumulative Days on Market

Our St. Louis MLS provider MARIS,  receives numerous calls and questions regarding CDOM.

In order for CDOM to reset to zero, a listing must have been off the market in either the Withdrawn, Cancelled, or Expired status for 60 days and then must be re-entered as new.

The listing cannot be copied, or the status just changed to back to active.

The listing must be entered completely as a new listing after the 60 calendar days, (so do not at­tempt to enter the listing until the 61st day, other­wise the days on market from the previous listing will carry over).

Important Note: Listings in the Temporarily Off Market status will not reset CDOM regard­less of how many days a listing is in that status before re-entering.
