Vinnie Valenza, a St. Louis County native, has been hooked on real estate ever since he bought his first house in the city of St Louis (2008). He has been the restaurant manager of his family’s business, Blues City Deli in Benton Park, since 2004. In 2010, Vinnie married Anne. The couple fixed up their house on Nebraska Avenue and moved to Ellendale (near Maplewood). They lived there for a few years while renovating it. Vinnie obtained his real estate license and began working for Hermann London in 2014. His first sale was their home in Ellendale. The couple now resides in The Hill neighborhood with their two daughters, Mary and Joan. Vinnie has enjoyed helping family and friends as a Realtor® so much that Anne decided to join The Valenza Team in 2016. Anne has a background as an entomologist and as a registered nurse. She also started Hanley Fold Farm, a handmade soap company, in 2005, which the couple sold in 2015 to make time for real estate. Vinnie and Anne have enjoyed working on and selling their own homes. They have learned a lot in the process. As a team, they hope to help you buy or sell your home.
The Valenza team were very helpful in getting our home sold quickly and very close to our asking price. They were able to leverage their expertise of the St. Louis real estate market to ensure a smooth and quick home sale. We had an open house and had an offer that same day. Vinnie and Anne were very responsive and proactive and they had our best interests in mind. I would highly recommend them for any realty needs. – Tony R.
The Valenza Team helped us sell our home in St. Peters. Vinnie was very professional and helped us achieve our selling price with his expertise. We will definitely use The Valenza Team in our next home search. Thanks guys!!! – Vince V.
We had a great experience selling our house with Vinnie. He was very professional, reliable, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. We ran into some kinks after inspection, and Vinnie was very patient and helpful in sorting through the very long list of requests from the buyer! He was also not pushy at all, which I appreciated. It was clear that he had our best interests in mind and looked at his job as a service to us and not just a paycheck. Anne was cheerfully helping the whole process along as well, even though it was her pre-realtor days. They make a great team! All this work for a sale on a low priced house in the city! And should I mention that our house sold the day it listed? We highly recommend the Valenza team for your realtor needs! – Julie B.
We listed our home with Vinnie and sold for asking price in 1 week! He also helped us get a great deal on our new home. Great Realtors! – Joey V.
