Property Marketing
Lake property is visual, experiential and hard to compare. Marketing has to close that gap.
Lake real estate is unusually visual, experiential, and difficult to compare.
Effective marketing must explain not only the building but also the setting, access, water, dock, neighborhood, amenities, lifestyle, layout, and likely buyer.
Interior, exterior, waterfront, dock, view, outdoor living, and community context.
Depending on the property and available services, Hermann London may use a digital floor plan to help remote buyers understand the layout and room relationships before scheduling a visit. Floor plans are not provided for every listing, and digital measurements are approximate rather than appraisal-grade.
Drone photography or video may be used when appropriate, legally permitted, and likely to improve the presentation.
Buyers do not experience waterfront property only from the driveway. Boat-level images can help explain the dock, shoreline, cove, view, and the experience of approaching from the water.
Listings may be marketed through the applicable MLS and distributed to major consumer real estate websites, subject to the listing agreement, MLS rules, brokerage systems, and syndication settings.
Hermann London can also introduce Lake listings to its existing St. Louis-area client, agent, business, and investor networks.
We decide what the right buyer should remember about the property—and build the marketing around that truthful idea.
