As Operations Chief, Becca drives the company’s operating system, establishes accountability, and builds the structure needed for a scalable, high-performing brokerage. She oversees cross-departmental communication, simplifies complex workflows, and ensures the right people are in the right seats to execute on the company’s strategic objectives.
