01 May  Paid to Buy First Home?

When buying a home wouldn’t it be nice if you didn’t have to pay a down payment? I recently had a buyer who researched different loan options available and found a bank that was willing to pay his closing costs and provide 100% financing. Since we negotiated that the seller pay closing costs, instead of my buyer bringing money for a down payment he actually received a check at closing. – Nick Albright
