23 Sep It’s all about the People!

What a great week this was at Hermann London. We’ve got great people. Great agents, clients, vendors, teachers, co-workers, etc.

Our week was filled with taking a few people to the closing table so they can obtain their dream home. Being contact by a few old friends inquiring about buying and selling real estate for their families. Working with great agents from other real estate brokerages to bring buyers to our sellers homes. Having new agents join Hermann London and get started with their training, and having some of our existing agents engage with me for some extra business planning.

For me the most rewarding part of being a business owner and being a Realtor is all of the interactions, and I believe embracing that desire to get out there and talk to people is a major part of our success. I had the opportunity to interview a TV Celebrity this week for my podcast. I think its crazy that I even have a podcast, but that has become another great way to get to meet and talk to and experience other people.

I know this blog entry was jumbled, but I just wanted to share. It was a great week to be the Owner of the Hermann London Group in Beautiful downtown Maplewood, and its all because of all the amazing interactions, opportunities, and situations that I get myself into with so many great people.
