Start your weekend with live music! On Saturday, September 4, from 4–7 p.m., the Al Fresco outdoor concert series will be happening at the corner of Washington Avenue and 6th Street, presented by the National Blues Museum.

Gateway Arch Riverboats Brunch Cruise

One of the most unique Labor Day events in St. Louis is the Brunch Cruise on the Mississippi River, hosted by Gateway Arch Riverboats. On Sunday, September 5, you can enjoy a buffet brunch, live Dixieland music, and unforgettable views of the St. Louis riverfront.

  • Boarding: 12:30 p.m.

  • Departure: 1:00 p.m.

  • Return: 3:00 p.m.

Cardinals vs. Dodgers at Busch Stadium

What’s Labor Day without baseball? Starting Monday, September 6, the St. Louis Cardinals take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in a four-game series at Busch Stadium, right in Downtown St. Louis.
