Erica Dougherty is a lifelong St. Louis City resident who has known the value of owning property since she was 19 when she was lucky enough to qualify for a low to moderate income home loan. When she was 20, she began working for a non-profit that helped teach property owners how to bring their problem properties up to code, the proper ways to screen for tenants, and what programs were available to them if they needed assistance.
In 2017, Erica became a licensed Realtor®. Since then, shas made it her mission to show others the freedom that property ownership can bring and to guide them through the often confusing process of buying real estate.
