Tom Potter graduated from St. Louis University with a business degree in Management and Finance. He has an extensive background in hotel management and subsequently brings a high commitment to customer service as well as an effective management style. His strong work ethic, straightforward attitude, and attention to detail ensure that your property will be managed effectively and efficiently to maximize your profits.
Tom has been working at Hermann London for over eleven years and has enjoyed watching the company flourish. Since he began, he has helped grow the Property Management division of the company to over 650 units managed and leads a team of seven other Property Managers. He has also acquired a broker’s license and is a Broker Associate at Hermann London.
The Property Management division currently encompasses single-family houses, condos, and lofts, community and association management, as well as some commercial management. His current goal is to maintain the company’s rapid growth rate while continuing to provide an outstanding product and service level.
