I am not happy with the agent who is listing my house, do I have any options?

Marketing and selling a home takes time. Each agent has their own formula which they have found to work best for them. Be sure that you aren’t just getting anxious, allow the agent to do their job and get your house sold.

Remember, you have entered into a legal agreement with the listing agent.

If you simply cannot work with the listing agent anymore you may approach them and ask to be released from your listing agreement. If they won’t allow you to do this, tell them that you wish to pull your home off of the market.

If the listing agent is unwilling to cooperate, you will have to wait until your listing agreement expires before you can enter into an agreement with another agent.
