ADAM-Hey everyone we’ve got Melissa Mosey here a lender with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisor and I wanted to ask her a question that I get asked by a lot of buyers and that is what is so important about having a good lender and what makes for a good lender?

MELISSA-Well working with buyers and agents what I found is that constant communication is really the most important aspect.
