Have you considered getting into Real Estate?

What is a capital contribution condo fee and what does it cover?

A capital contribution fee is a fee that you pay at closing to get a head start and your condo fee account and most condo management companies require this fee to ensure they have enough working capital for the condo complex.

The capital contribution fee is typically only paid by first time buyers in a new condo building not for repeat buyers who choose to stay in the same condo complex but buy a different condo.
