Tucked away in the Schnucks Shopping Center at Lake St. Louis Blvd and I-64 (Hwy 40), is a little bit of happy hospitality, great food, and generous portions from the folks at the Great Wall Chinese Restaurant.    Hardly a week goes by that our family won’t be thrilled to be having some take-out from Great Wall.     They have come to know my order because it always comes with a ‘special request’ for a quart of Chicken Rice Soup, extra thick … warms the heart!     The restaurant is clean and comfortable, but, most of the time we order take-out for pick up or delivery.     General Tso’s Chicken is a family favorite.  Stop by and see the wonderful owners, Andy Liu and Cindy Lin.
