Rock Hill homes can usually be bought at a better deal than the rest of the homes in the United States. The median list price is around $169,000 while the actual sale price is closer to $157,900. There have been 14 home sales in Rock Hill for the month of July, and close to 100 for the year.
The growing population of 4,600 started out as a thriving business and residential settlement on Manchester Road over 70 years ago. Now, much of the area is land occupied by caring residents, but there are also several shopping centers and restaurants still centered around Manchester Road.
As with all areas of St. Louis, education is a significant motivating factor for moving to certain areas. In Rock Hill, you are served by the Webster Groves Public Schools.
